Working with Brian Streater for a branding and portrait session was a highlight of my recent projects. Held at the charming Arbor Light Studio in Hartford, the session was a perfect collaboration that reflected Brian’s vibrant personality and unique professional journey. Arbor Light’s inviting space provided an ideal backdrop for the day, and I’m always thrilled to support another fantastic community business.
Brian’s story is nothing short of inspiring. Originally from North Carolina, he traveled the world as a dancer and choreographer before transitioning to real estate in New York City in 2021. His background in the arts gives him a rare ability to balance creativity and practicality—a quality that shines in his work and made him such a joy to photograph.
We worked together to highlight different facets of his personality and career, from polished professionalism to approachable warmth. Splitting his time between the energy of NYC and the serene landscapes of Litchfield County, Connecticut, Brian embodies a lifestyle that values both hustle and harmony. Arbor Light Studio’s natural textures and beautiful light, complemented by my strobes, brought this duality to life perfectly.
What stood out most about Brian was his authenticity. His energy and charisma made the session flow effortlessly, and it’s clear that he brings this same openness and passion to his real estate practice. Whether helping clients navigate the fast-paced New York market or guiding them toward a peaceful Connecticut retreat, Brian’s ability to connect and communicate is unmatched.
I’m proud to have been part of this project and excited to see how Brian uses these images as he continues to grow his business. It’s always rewarding to collaborate with someone who loves what they do, and Brian is no exception.
