Commercial Interior Photographs for InnoConn Construction Management, LLC

Kevin Kenny, Vice President of Lexington Partners LLC recently contacted me to photograph an amazing commercial buildout that their sister company Innocon Construction Management had completed in Hartford, CT. The project was an absolute stunner, and I was thrilled to partner with them to document the finished project.

The project was completed for their own client, Sun Life Financial. Sun Life Financial decided to move their corporate HQ to the Gold Building in Hartford — Innoconn Construction Management was CM for the build out that Sun Life is calling “The Office of the Future.” With 400 desks, their employees can come and go as they please. The office was designed to have sound deadening walls for privacy, quiet rooms for concentration or virtual meetings, fitness desks, conference rooms with lounge furniture, employee lockers for personal item storage, incredibly high tech IT features, and a full-service employee kitchen.

Innoconn connected floors 8 and 9 in the building with a staircase for employees to move about the office with ease. With all these amazing features, they expect 150 to 250 employees back to the office on any given day. This office will be used as a road map for future office build outs throughout CT and beyond as companies figure out more permanent solutions for how to work post pandemic.
